This has led to a huge increase in non-communicable diseases like heart disease, diabetes, cancers and has emerged as a major health concern. The last meal should be at least 3to 4 hrs before your bed time.<\/li><li>Follow a time restricted feeding schedule like intermittent fasting where you eat only during an 8 hr window, for example 10 am to 6 am<\/li><li>Skip your sugars especially the processed or refined ones when on your weight loss journey until you reach your optimum weight<\/li><li>Follow an exercise routine of at least 30-40 mins every day, which is a combination of cardio as well as resistance training, to replace your fat with muscle<\/li><li>Avoid fad diets. Its more beneficial and healthier to go on a diet which is more inclusive of all the macronutrients -carbs, fat and protein<\/li><li>Lastly practice sleep hygiene.
